How will I know if my company will benefit from sponsoring a panel?
Our community is a highly engaged group of primarily science fiction, fantasy, and horror writers interested in self publishing. If you offer a product or service that can help them improve their writing, editing, publishing, or marketing processes, you’ll want to connect with them.
Why can I only sponsor one panel?
Every panel tackles a big topic, and we’ve only got an hour for each one. We’ve restricted sponsorship slots to one per panel in order to limit the amount of time we spend on housekeeping (establishing rules, thank yous, and so on). This allows us to maximize the information covered in each panel.
Why do I have to apply?
Weeknight Writers places three core values above profit: community, inclusivity, and accessibility. We want to make sure all of our sponsors align with these values and provide genuine products or services that can help our audience. As such, we require all potential sponsors to complete a sponsorship application. We’ll go through your information, including your full website, and reach out to confirm your sponsorship if your business aligns with our values.
